Shipping

SHIPPING Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass to you on Springs Creative shipment to the shipping carrier. You shall be responsible for payment of all shipping, insurance, customs & duties, and other transportation costs for shipment of products ordered by you through the site, unless otherwise stated on the site or agreed by Spring (such as through a special offer). 

Springs will print and ship from our South Carolina manufacturing and/or warehouse facilities to locations within the continental USA (and non-continental US territories). 

Shipping rates are calculated based on the product and amount ordered, the shipping destination, and the delivery option. The best way to determine the shipping rates and other charges for an order is to add the desired products to your cart and begin the process of checking out. Once you have entered the complete shipping address on page 1 of the cart, you will see the option to review the rates for all three delivery options and make your selection. 

Production times and delivery date for your order will vary based upon the method you choose. Key information concerning ship date and/or delivery time for the three options described below will be shared on the “Shipping Details” page of the cart, which is the first page you’ll see after you click the “check out” button. 

Domestic (US) Delivery: Standard Delivery orders from within the United States are shipped via FedEx and typically take between 1 - 5 days to deliver. FedEx can be tracked on FedEx website. 

Shipping Holidays

The following American holidays will be recognized company wide. Some standard and all expedited shipments will not be processed on these dates. 

January 1 New Years Day

May 26 Memorial Day

July 3, 4, or 5 Independence Day

September 1 Labor Day

November 27 Thanksgiving

November 28 Day After Thanksgiving

December 24, 25 Christmas

January 1, 2026 New Years Day

Occasionally, some items from the same order will be shipped separately. While the reasons may vary, this is likely due to one of the following:

  • the type of product ordered
  • printer capacity from day to day
  • other operational factors determined by our operations team

Orders will be processed within 5 days of checkout and confirmed payment processing.
